Gorilla trekking requires moderate fitness. Trek durations can range from 1 to 4 hours one way, depending on the gorilla family’s movement and forest terrain.

Age alone is not a barrier—guests aged 12 to 80+ routinely complete treks. We can arrange porters to carry your daypack and offer support on steeper sections, which we highly recommend for comfort and safety.
